Paul
Managing director
Has a wealth of experience and qualifications in the Health and Social care industry and is passionate about the delivery of care and activities.
Stephanie
Director
Steph has been with your choice from the start in 2012. Steph has a wealth of knowledge and experience within different areas of the care sector. Steph has a level 5 diploma in leadership and management within health and social care. Any queries please do not hesitate to contact her she is happy to help.
Gary
Service co-ordinator
Gary joined your choice in 2017 as a support worker. Gary has gone on to show passion and drive and was promoted to our development coordinator in 2018 and then to Service co-ordinator in 2019. Gary overseas the day to day running of the service. Gary also leads Your choice youth and Your choice weekends. Gary has a level 5 in leadership and management in health and social care.
Melanie
Support worker
Melanie joined the “Your Choice” Social Centre team in 2017 having had experience within the care sector. Mel has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys supporting members to engage in purposeful activities.
Bethany
Senior support worker
Beth joined your choice early in 2016 as a bank support worker and proved that she was an asset to the team and was promoted to senior carer at the beginning of 2018. Beth holds a level 3 diploma in health and social care. Beth Recently completed her level 4 aspiring mangers award.
Dawn
Senior support worker
Dawn joined the team as a support worker in 2020. Dawn was promoted to senior support worker quite quickly. Dawn specialises supporting members with complex needs and behaviours of concern
Tracy
PA Coordinator
Tracy has been with Your choice from the start in 2012. Tracy’s current role requires her to coordinate bespoke care packages for those members who have 1:1 support during their time at Your choice.
Prior to starting at your choice Tracy had obtained a wealth of knowledge supporting individuals with complex needs.
Katie
Senior Support worker
Katie joined our team in 2022 as a support worker and was promoted to senior support worker in april 2023. Katie enjoys supporting our members to be active and engaged within the community they live.
Irma
Activity Co-ordinator
Irma joined the team in 2021. Irma has lots of knowledge across the care sector and has a passion for activities and purposeful engagement. Irma has enabled our members to try new things and broaden their horizons.
Tony
Support worker
Tony joined the team at the begining of 2023 and has taken on our workshop. Tony has supported members to create allsorts from bird boxes and planters to model aeroplanes. 
Sarah
Support worker
Sarah joined the team in 2023. Sarah has worked in many areas across the sector and brings with her lots of knowledge.
Chloe
Support worker
Chloe joined Your choice in 2017 as an apprentice support worker. Chloe has gone on to impress us all achieving her diploma in health and social care and has decided to remain with us as a support worker.
Gary
Support worker
Gary joined our team 2019.
Gary has lots of experience within the care sector. Gary is enthusiastic and has lots of ideas of fun engaging sessions for our members. Gary has been a red cross volunteer for many years and is looking forward to running some first aid sessions with our members.

Shelley joined the team in may 2023. Shelley has shown a desire to support our members to learn and develop new skills.

Support worker
Shane is Your choice social centres computer whizz supporting members to access technology and develop new skills.
Lydia
Support worker
Lydia joined the team in 2022.
Lydia works well supporting our members who require 1:1 or additional support.
